Demore

Demore is a small, family-run real estate group based out of Beaumont, Texas. The husband and wife duo were in need of a visual identity system that conveyed their simple, timeless nature.

With a nod to the southern monogram, the Demore logomark takes this classic tradition and fuses it with a symbolic rooftop to create a unique mark that is both modern and contemporary feeling. Something that is with the times but can also be handed down from generation to generation.

The different paper textures combined throughout Demore’s print work serve to emulate the different textiles one might encounter in a home and creates a suite of brand applications that is both tactile and refined.
